Bolger Healthcare is comprised of two nursing homes; Country Club Manor and Catherine’s Care Center . We also offer outpatient therapy through Aggressive Rehab and Sports Therapy. We regard our residents as unique individuals with their own wants, needs and expectations. Consideration is given to each resident’s physical, medical, nutritional, social and spiritual needs when designing their care programs. The need to enter a nursing home can be an emotional and a difficult decision. This not only affects the prospective resident but family members as well.
